1) Seek to acquire or implement state-of-the-art technology/apps without fully considering the holistic needs and benefit-cost analysis.
2) View their role as supporting the objectives of a cost center (overhead).
In contrast, as an executive leader I emphasize:
1) Acquiring cost-effective, business-appropriate resources to achieve transformation goals.
2) Using IT as a means to obtain, retain and engage customers... generating sales and satisfied customers.
Bala Guntipalli’s passions and expertise are in digital transformation, agile software methodologies, cybersecurity and management consulting. My experiences and accomplishments have been mastered with 4 full time employers, 60 + clients and 200+ projects from 15 countries. My education includes being a student of Harvard University, University of St. Thomas (MN), Madurai University & The Indian Institute of Technology in Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age, Mini MBA in Healthcare, MBA, and Yearlong Intense course in IT. A recognized public speaker, moderator, an executive leader, a global IT sourcing company with 450 employees to support with my clients’ large emergency needs.
